Strength seems underemphasized by Cornelius

It seems like there is an under-representation of characters with strength statistic. If I look at the newest graFighters generated, only 28 of the last 80 have any red on their card at all. 10 of those have very little. Compare this to toughness, which seems to be much more common.

        If one could view Characters by top-skill, then perhaps we'd visually see the hints that the evaluation judge used to rank them.
