Ink level and record won't go up

After a few fights (won all) my record isn't going up and it shows after the fight +10 ink but that's not adding to my total either.

        Any chance your fighting one of your own characters? Fighting your own characters does not earn you ink or wins to prevent cheating. We should probably make that more apparent. Let us know if its still not earning ink even when you fight against other players. Thanks!
